PAYMENT / POSTAGE
When you are ready to check out, you will be directed to the secure website of our payment partner Paypal. Paypal accepts all major credit/debit cards. It does not require you to sign up for an account to be able to order from this website. Simple!

Australian residents have the option of Direct debit. Please submit your order via the contact form and we will send you bank account and postage details. Your order will be posted when the funds have cleared. We use Australia Post as they have proven to be reliable and efficient.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS (outside of Australia)
International buyers MUST add $7.00 AUD to the order total to help cover the postal difference, which can be done here:

If you forget to add the surcharge, we will simply request you return to the website and purchase the above surcharge on its own- we request the surcharge be remitted within 3 working days of the original order which will ensure your parcel is posted airmail as opposed to surface / economy mail.

All items are generally dispatched within 3 working days of cleared payment. If for any reason your order will not be dispatched within this time frame we will email you right away.

RETURNS
We want happy customers, so yes we accept returns. You may return your purchase for any reason within 7 days for a full refund, exchange or credit note. Here is the drill.

Step 1
All returns must be pre-authorised. To obtain an authorisation number, email a RETURN REQUEST to us with details of your purchase. Without this email and authorisation number, your return can not be processed.

Step 2
Once you have this authorisation number, you can return the item back to us. You have 7 days from receipt to get the item back to us to complete this two part return process.

NB: All returned items must reach us in their original condition- unworn, unused and with tags still attached. All returns will be subject to inspection to ensure they meet this criteria before a full refund will be issued.

All shipping is non-refundable. In case of an exchange, we will post the substitute item and no extra cost.

Trouble Tots are not responsible for any misuse, mishandling, or any other actions or inactions of / to items attributable to the purchaser or mail carrier. We recommend you register your return to protect us both.
